EDIT- HMV - back down to more respectable £8.99 !! (was posted at £29.99 at one point!)
..have found it at Amazon for £8.99 with free delivery and just edited the original post in case anyone else fancied it.
Think it makes quite a nice present.:D

these are a brilliant present for a boy. I bought these for my son when he was 7 and he watched them over and over he is now 10 and he was watching no 1 only the other day.

  • I watched the first one as a kid, im now 30 and cant wait to get my lads watching them.

I work with dvds for a living, this price isnt bad but if you only want the earlier 2 or 3 you can usually pick them up around a fiver. Ive not seen the 3rd or 4th but more often than not by that many sequels they are fairly poor.

Home Alone 4 is really just a poor remake of the first Home Alone.

Excellent price for this set. I have this for my son, he bought it for 19.99 with his birthday money a few years ago. We still laugh when he handed his £20 note over and he got 1p change .. he said to the cashier "Is that it???" LOL

Might get one for Nephew at that price. Great films! Thanks OP :)

just like to say from my point of view 1 & 2 best but my DS actually liked 4 best when he first watched them, he still likes them all.

I agree-the first 2 films are the best ! Think it's a good price and would make a nice gift though. We can't find our Home Alone film and my 10 year old loves the film still.
