CSA have told me thats it is purely done on your last 5 wage packets (weekly paid) and my ex wife is saying its done on the previous years P60. which one is correct.
I'm on basic weekly wage at the moment as on sick leave and think the wife is now going to wait until i'm back off sick before claiming!

It is usually on 5 weeks payslips but can be p60 if the weekly payslips are not reflective of your normal earnings.0

Hi, I know I've asked you for advice before but I have another question! My partner has been self employed since May and has sent May - August books into the CSA so they can work out his payment. We're still waiting to here. However, he now has September's summary and it wasn't a good month - can he now ask for September to be included in the calculation to bring his weekly average down a bit?
