  • You could also put it in a saucepan and simmer it to reduce the water content - this would also intensify the flavour.
    For myself I am an optimist - there does not seem to be much use being anything else.

    Think I will have a go at this. My DS likes food with his ketchup IYKWIM and I have two dozen tomato plants all turning red.
