Problem with CallCredit

Hi, I'm not sure if I've put this in the right section but I thought someone may have had the same problem.

I recently wanted to check my credit report so I signed up for the free 30 day trial with callcredit. Since I viewed it the first time I've not been able to log back into the site. I want to log back in to cancel it before the 30 days is up so I can stop them taking any payment from me but it says my username and password are invalid. Looking on their site there seems to only be one email address, to which I have already sent numerous emails, and no telephone number. Has anyone else had the same problem and if so do you know how I can get in touch with these people to cancel the account??

I too had the same problem. I managed to find their telephone number on this website:

they also have contact details for anyone wanting to cancel experian and equifax free trials.
