River island sale

Can anyone tell me when the river island sale starts. I asked in store but they said maybe in a few weeks. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything, I have got my eye on a top that has apparently gone in to the "sale stock" and can't be sold till the sale. Its not even online anywhere! ARRR!!

I did get the feeling that I was being fobbed off but you never know!!

I don't know when their sale starts- I'd hazard a guess at it being around half term but it wont be very big- its mid season and wont be anything like the summer or Xmas sales. Its likely to be stock that was on sale at full price during summer but nothing from the current season. That will be on sale in the Xmas sale which normally starts Boxing day.

Yes it's mid season sale starts in a couple of weeks according to a freind who works in the Lakeside store but the bargains will be rare as they keep those for the Christmas sales.

Hi there seems to be a new Sale section online, I didn't see it there the other day but it's there this morning qith quite a bit of sale stock, some new-ish tops too. Hope I'm not mistaken and jut not noticed it til now!

I think its mid season... which about mid october?? I love River Island though... So you'll see me there

The sale is on. I have found my top that I wanted, kinda glad I didn't get it in the shop now as I have paid half the price for it in the sale. Thanks eveyone.

Well I have had the same dilema with a pair of shoes I so despo want. A River Island insider informs me that the in store sale starts Thursday..So i will be waiting at the doors bright and early.
