previous occupants still obtaining credit at my adress what can i do to stop it

Yep, call the rozzers and see if they're interested...probably so when they default, the bills come to your address.

Could be that they legged it and companies are still chasing them for old debt.
If it is new credit, by all means report it - might help rid the world of one more fraudster.
The credit isn't 'on' your address either, the person owes the bill not the property.0 -
I assume you know new credit is being taken out because your receiving letters from the lender? If so contact the lender saying they moved out a year ago and that you now rent/own the property - ask them what they need to know so that they can stop sending you letters etc. Confirm with them that you have reported this to the police as a potential fraud.0
