mix together, keep putting icing sugar into the eggwhite and p/mint till it is smooth and rollable.

form into balls and press down with a fork.

  • These are yummy, a bit like an oaty chocolate fudge. Very melt in the mouth!

    Chocolate Shapes
    • 8oz Margerine
    • 8oz Sugar
    • 8oz Porridge Oats
    • 3 tablespoons milk
    • 3 heaped desert spoons of drinking chocolate
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/flavouring
Melt the margerine, sugar & milk in a pan. Add drinking chocolate and mix well to remove lumps. Boil for 5 mins. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla essence and oats.

Spread into a swiss roll tin & leave to cool. Cut into slices before totally cool.

You can also add other things to them. I sometimes jaz them up with chopped up crystalized ginger. :)

    1) no oven?!
    2) no bake or drop cookies? there's loads of american recipes around
    3) microwave cakes? can make a fairly decent cake in a mug in the microwave! or a microwave sponge pudding, it's the only way my mum will make them now!
