Mint creams
Icing Sugar
beaten eggwhite
peppermint essence.
mix together, keep putting icing sugar into the eggwhite and p/mint till it is smooth and rollable.
form into balls and press down with a fork.
For a bit of luxury, dip half into some melted chocolate and leave them to set.

These are yummy, a bit like an oaty chocolate fudge. Very melt in the mouth!
Chocolate Shapes- 8oz Margerine
- 8oz Sugar
- 8oz Porridge Oats
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 heaped desert spoons of drinking chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/flavouring
Spread into a swiss roll tin & leave to cool. Cut into slices before totally cool.
You can also add other things to them. I sometimes jaz them up with chopped up crystalized ginger.0 -

Chocolate Snowballs
4oz Porridge Oats
4oz Soft Marg
3 oz Castor Sugar
2oz Chopped nuts
3 Teasto poons Cocoa
1 Teaspoon instant coffee
3 Tea Spoons of cold water
Icing Sugar
Put oats,marg, sugar, nuts and cocoa in a bowl mix well.
Diltue coffee with 3 teaspoons of cold water in a cup. Mix in to the bowl and stir until smooth.
Roll mixture in to balls, roll in icing sugar and leave in fridge until set.
Unless you are me you eat it straight out of the bowl:rotfl:
If I was not going out in a minute I would make some. Sure I have some nuts in the freezer.

2) no bake or drop cookies? there's loads of american recipes around
3) microwave cakes? can make a fairly decent cake in a mug in the microwave! or a microwave sponge pudding, it's the only way my mum will make them now!Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0
