i throw some ice, strong coffee, cream and flavoured syrup into my blender and whizz,, add sugar or sweetener if u want

I pour a shot or two of strong coffee, sugared, over ice and top up with cold milk and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Very nice in hot weather (shame we don't have any). Never had a Costa frescato though so couldn't comment on the rsembalnce.0

HAve you ever tried Camp coffee concentrate? It went away for many years, and is now available again in most supermarkets. It's really really delicious mixed with milk, just like frescato. Even better if whizzed up with some coffee ice-cream as well
