Quick Primark question

Hi just a quickie hope someone can answer

I need to return a pair of shoes from Primark(flat pumps) I cut off all the labels from the shoes, no sticky label is on the soles, but I do have the receipt, will they give me a refund do you think?

If they don't have any of the tags on them, I'd doubt it, as I believe they scan the receipt and the tag to process the refund - at lewast thats what they do in my local store. You coudl always ask at the customer service desk in case. They may just allow you to exchange them.

I returned a pair (about a year ago though) with no tags but I had the receipt. they were fine with it - just got another pair for the tag to scan. My policy in these cases is it never hurts to try.
