Collect Direct

Hi I am currently on a DMP with CCCS 16 months in and all going ok - well so I thought!
On the 16th Sept I received a letter from Collect Direct requesting full payment within 4 days. I called CCCS who advised it was too late for Septembers payment to go to them, but to either call them or email them to let them know this and that all future payments will be sent to them. I emailed them immediately, since then all has been quiet.....today I had a recorded telephone message asking me to call them (well my husband)
I am just a little bit unsettled by all of this, and was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on how best to deal with Collect Direct? Or the kind of treatment they usually dish out (probably not good!)
Thank you very much!

You've e-mailed them to let them know that they will be receiving the pro-rata payment from CCCS for whichever creditor they are collecting for.
Leave it at that - do not phone them or get involved with them on the phone. What is there to discuss?0
