Feel annoyed with phone call post BR

Just wanted to vent really as juts had the most infuriating conversation with the West Brom!
I went BR in August and have a mortgage on a property that is rented out. The OT told me to cancel my DD to the mortgage and for my agent to hold the rent from the tenant and a trustee would be in touch.
This was fine and obviously the West Brom have been chasing me as the OR has not got round to telling them yet.
I've just phoned them to tell them I am BR to stop them from calling me. They said I was still liable for the mortgage - I said I don't think so and explained the situation. Now am worried I am wrong?!
She then got a bit rude and asked lots of questions. At first I was polite then she asked how much my debt was? I said to you or to all my creditors? She said all? I sad none of your business! Yay me!
Then she asked for the details for my OR, fair enough but they are at home and I willc all back. Is that all you need form me? She then said it wasn't her duty to call the OR and I had to chase them.
I just said I'm sorry they hadn't been in touch but this is all quite recent and I'm sure they are very busy and they will get to you shortly.
I said I was calling you out of courtesy to tell you my situation and to tell you there's no point you calling me. She again was rude and said it was my duty to answer their calls. I said - I'M CALLING YOU NOW!! I'm not ignoring you but there's no point us having this conversation three times a day. I think you should mark my file as BR and wait for my OR to contact you.
