Being Released to Trustee, what does this mean?

Hi

Bit of history ... both myself and OH went BR in June 2008, been discharged for over a year, don't have a IPA and old house has been sold by mortgage company.

Got a letter yesterday from OR saying they are applying for realease to a trustee (only for me) ... What does this mean to me? I have no idea of the implications?

Thanks for advice
