apparently trimming eyelashes makes them grow longer..

if you mean eyebrows, just use some small nail scissors

  • Eyelashes can never be too long. I wouldn't even risk trying to trim them.
  • I had a skin tag removed recently for just under my eye and in the process lost half my bottom eyelashes, they have grown back now and are considerably thicker than the other side:rotfl:so while its not something that I fancy doing there might be something in it after all;)
Thank you for this site Martin

I can only think that the person is a glasses wearer and wears mascara too - i find it a bit irritating as i wear my glasses for work and when i put mascara on they seem to be longer or curlier or something anyway they rub against my glasses but i would ever dream of trimming them!!!!

This happens to me with my sunglasses grrrrrrrrr  I am always having to clean them as my mascara seems to get stuck to them, yes I'm blessed with super long lashes, but they can actually get very annoying and all the mascaras out there seem to make them look even longer so they just look fake.
