House Valuation - Quick Question

Glad I just read this - I was about to worry (may still have need lol). Our house is an end of terrace with a rear extension (across whole of rear of house) and a properly completed loft conversion (bedroom and en-suite shower room). Not sure what the desk-top valuation was, but it wasn't enough to secure the remortgage, so the lender has instructed a proper inspection of the property - no extra cost apparently! Fingers crossed - although if it falls a little short, we aren't that worried as we don't need the reserve so that gives us a bit of leeway.
