After resisting nibbles at a retirement do I came home and made (well defrosted:o but it was HM) chilli, rice and chips. Was Yum and I needed it by 9.30 when we got to eat eventually.0

Not been on the 'tother' thread for a while, needed to not think about it all the time, and fingers crossed, so far - I'm doing pretty well - I've a new bad habit to distract me - which I have to be AF for!!!

I am still on ready meals but I have upped the quality. I will get to be more OS and MSE come new year - I promise.
The best meal this week was ready made cheesy mash and ready made green veggies with herb butter served with some salmon I pan fried quickly. Lush!!!
I have some potatoes and chicken for tonight. No idea what I can grab for lunch. Perhaps another spud with beans and cheese

Slice of toast for breakfast and 2 chocolate biscuits
Put a stew onto to cook for tea to stop the meat going OOD - its in the oven now cooking and I'm resting away now with this lurgy
