Morning All! Oh Jo! Don't sack Lurks - he's funny! (ha ha Lurks, not peculiar....well, not all the time!
) Anyway, you're not paying him, so it's not costing you anything to keep him, so he's quite :money: really!
Sitting here enjoying some peace & quiet as OH is still in bed. Chrissie cake was cooked overnight and I now have Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall's slow roast lamb shoulder with merguez spices coooking away gently at gas 2 for a couple of hours. (Merguez spices are apparently cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, chilli, cinnamon and rosemary - so that's my "new thing learnt everyday" for yeserday!) Not tried this one before so am looking forward to the results.
