CCCS or Payplan?

have contacted both companies, who would everyone recommend out of the two of them?

  • I think you have to go with which company you feel is better for you.

I really don't like to slate either but I found CCCS 100 times more understanding and helpful than Payplan (I had a horrible experience with them). In the end I went with neither and did my own DMP.

Lots of people do use Payplan and have not had any problems, so just go with the one that understands your situation the best.

Yeah I am the opposite, I thought CCCS weren't very helpful and wanted me to live on pennies, where as Payplan understood I needed a bit more to live on. Its personal choice. Good luck x

I sounds like it depends who answers the phone that day with either company, not used either myself but I have heard good about both so just phone up and go with your gut feeling.

Can I ask how you did that? I have written a letter explaining my situation and broken down my income and expenditure which i will be presenting to the bank next week, I also offer a payment which I can afford to be reviewed in 12 months. I have asked them to freeze the interest too.

Is this the correct way to go about it?
