Tues 28th Sept - What small DFW things will you be doing today??

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free :money:
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important
Goooood morning...I have time to post today:o
Sitting in my fleecy dressing gown...and am hot:rotfl: But what a miserable, foggy, dark old morning....autumn has definitely arrived:(
Anyway - work today, nothing else on. DD2 at Guides later so it's sofa and Holby for me.
Hope all well....big waves to you all:hello:
Here's my list:

Windy and sunny here in Springtime Africa
I forgot to mention a small DFW thing I did on Thursday last week, my luggage was 2kg over weight  sometimes the airline will be relaxed about this, some charge per kg over but BA charge a set price up to 10kg over - £30  But I was prepared and transferred the heavy stuff to a bag I had also packed and pretended I had a handbag (v.large) plus a cabin bag (weighing 10 kg  ) It was a struggle, but a nice man helped me get it into the locker, and I was bruised on my arm from carrying it, but I saved £30
:D
Really good news about the house Lttlekel, :j I had been wondering how that was going .
So today I have/will:- probably a NSD
- 30 mins on the CT (done)
- possibly Day 2 of Shred........ *gulp*
- check banking
- Skype DD - free calls
- phone re my new job - she didn't call back yesterday......
- meal from plan
- research trips for DS1 & new wife for next year :heartsmil
I shall sit in the sun and read this afternoon
Have a great day everybody :A0 -
