judgement balance

Hi , I have just joined the forum as I am having a panic , so I hope i have posted this right.

It is to do with my water bills. I missed several payments of my payment plan due to not having much money to pay them.
The water company told me I was being taken to court. I asked for a new payment plan and they agreed. when I got my reply I saw there was a £145 judgement balance and £244 account balance.

I do not know what a judgement balance is. Am I paying my account or account and judgement balance?

please can anyone help me?

Thanks ,

Paula.x

On the face of it, that sounds like they may have already obtained a court judgement for part of what you now owe?

You really to check with them about that, and confirm it with the court.

As long as you are making payments now that the company is happy with, it wouldn't be a huge deal, but it's best to find out.
