EGG credit card agreement flaw???

Hi,
I was reading on another site, when I googled a number that has been ringing me and I came across this.....
" Egg Credit cards contract agreements are fundamentally flawed and ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE BY LAW (if they were taken out before April 2007)".
Please can anyone advise me if this is true and what the flaws are?
