FIFA 11 - Xbox 360

Options
Hi Folks,

Been browsing for what feels like years but have just decided to sign up.

I wonder if anyone has any knowledge of places that will be selling the latest edition of FIFA 11 on a special offer when it's released this Friday 1st October?

I know last year on release day Tesco had it on 360 and PS3 at a stunning £24,99 but haven't managed to find anything online as yet.

If you guys out there have any information it would be greatly recieved.

Thanks,

I have a feeling they'll do something. I expect we'll find out Thursday if there's going to be a price war in the supermarkets on Friday.

it might not happen. Nothing much happened with Halo Reach, and that's undoubtedly a bigger release than Fifa 11.

If you want to wait a month or two, you won't be able to move for pre-owned copies in Gamestation.

Or you could just keep playing last years...
  • Am hoping that a few stores do offers, just so I can make the most out of Gamestation in Watford.
I have a £5 deposit down with them already.

I asked them about launch price and they said it's likely to be £39.99.
If Tesco go in on a low launch price I will be asking GS to price match, and then suggest to them that they can keep their deposit and I'll go elsewhere.

Thing is, I need them to price match as I also have £16 trade-in credit with them..... so if they offer me it at £24.99 I only need pay £3.99 cash!

  • I'll be watching this thread with interest as this is the only thing my 8 year old son wants for Xmas. Would it be best to buy it as soon as it comes out? Or wait to see if it goes down in price? Is there any risk of it being hard to buy nearer Xmas?

    Thanks!
