I signed up to a credit check thing online and its showin one of my debts as defaulted, what does this mean?

    It means you havent made the contractual payments due. Have you missed a few payments?

    It means you "defaulted" on the original agreement you made with your creditor.

    This is not a good thing and will stop you getting decent credit for about 5-6 years.
