Odd calls, and reduced credit

I have no missed payments on any of my cards, yet received a letter from one nil balance card that they were closing the account, and have just had another from another saying the credit limit on my card has been reviewed and is being reduced to a few hundred pounds.
Meanwhile, I have received a few cold calls recently (to my mobile) about debt solutions, something I have done nothing about as I am dealing with everything quite admirably (in my own little bubble) all by myself.
Has anyone else received such calls and how do they get the numbers?
