NatWest Bank Charges

I am having horrendous debt/repayment problems & have heard that I can reclaim bank charges. On my statements, I see items under 'card misuse' and 'referral charges'; presumably where they have knocked back standing orders/DDs etc. Can I claim these back?

In July alone, I paid £680 in bank charges, referral fees & card misuse fees. I feel so utterly depressed. Lightbulb moment in September 2006. Owed £43,000. Aim to be debt-free by May 2010 by a combination of snowballing, tarting and keeping tighter control over spending0

It is an excellent site and the forum moderators are so helpful. You won't get your charges back over night but it is defo worth it. I am currently in the process of getting mine back.
Good luck and try not to let it get you down :beer:0
