hanks to this thread i got my !!!! into gear early, i really dont want to be chasing the go go hamster like i did last year, although i spent alot of time going from tesco to tesco and I find out that i ate alot of the crispy cream dougnuts while looking!!!!!!!
anyway ive got 3 chatimals (last three) £12.99 each reduced from £18.99... couldn't believe my luck, they had two left on the counter and when i said i have three daughters they found another for me
also bought the four monster high dolls, just showed my girls the video of them on youtube and they are hooked, are there any of the ones f monster high that sell out quicker, got home an showed the missus and she said i should ahve bought a couple more for pressies for the daughters friends birthdays coming up.... although saying that mine are 8, 6, 3 and they had never heard of monster high.Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0 -
I am also on the lookout for a big solid wooden dolls house (not mdf) that's big enough for two to play with. Not the kiddicraft manison though as didn't like the cheap quality. I have roughly £130 to spend. Any info would be much appreciated0

Well I just quickly googled it and came up with websites that seem to give a broad selection of what is available:

Just in case anyone in the NE is after one I've just checked all the argos stores in the NE and the Jarrow Viking centre has one and so has Cramlington:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

We got a Le Toy Van dolls house last year and we are absolutely thrilled with it. A year down the line and it has no chips or anything. The website where we got ours has now gone but if you google it you will find it widely available. We managed to get ours on a package deal with the furniture included and since then we've added to it with a stables, etc. Would really recommend it. We opted for the Mayberry Manor - purely because our little girl was obsessed with the stairs and it is decorated beautifully, great quality and really easy to assemble.
It's available instore at Fenwicks and John Lewis but I think GLTC stock it as well as other online retailers such as :
www.wonderlandmodels.com
www.ardentoys.co.uk
www.ginnysattic.com
I've had a quick look and the price on some websites appears to have gone up, we were lucky and found a website offering a package with an extra 15% off.
Hope you find something suitable soonSealed Pot Challenge Member 1273VSP 2011 Member 92 - 723.070
