I orderd paper jamz amp,guitar strap and dave the funky monkey all with 25% off last week as part of my sons xmas, I arranged to collect in store yesterday, went to collect and was left waiting 20 mins while they tried to find my order they then said they would phone me today as they couldnt find it.
They phoned today and said it was "lost" by couriers and I would have to re-order, they gave me the number and said to explain wht had happened and they would give me the 25% off offer which has now finished.
I phoned and they told me tht only the amp was in stock now and there was nothing they could do, I asked if they could try again to find my order and they said no they wouldnt find it as it was down to the couriers and they'd already refunded me!!! I called the store again to c if they would have another look and would there be any chance it might turn up and she said no theres no chance and she herself has had orders tht have went missing before and tht she'd had to re-order like it was a daily occurance and you cant even get an email when back in stock as they take the product off the site when oos..I was quite shocked esp being m&s you would expect a bit better...just wanted to let others know... think im going to call again tomorrow and see if they'll notify me when back in stock and get the 25% off..really p****d off with them!!

I have had a similar thing with M&S they have lost my past 2 orders. 1st one they refunded part of it said there were 3 of 9 things arrived instore, when I got the order home it was all there:o. Latest order were some boots & a toy from the 25% off thing too. They lost the order, said the things were nolonger available & gave me a full refund, despite both items being instock online!. I went instore yday & the helpful assistant was able to order them for me & honoured the 25% off, so fingers X'd they will be there when I go to pick them up next weekend. Whilst I was waiting another lady asked if her order was in as it was supposed to be in last Sunday but wasn't when she went to pick it up on Monday. Have to say M&S online is so unreliable I couldn't recommend them.

Lots of those Monster High Dolls in Argos?

Cannock,Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Lichfield, Walsall - Seem instock in most of the stores around the midlands. HTH

I found the Interactive Lots o' huggin bear from Toy Story 3 good job as its my little girls birthday on Sun but couldnt find it anywhere online so had to venture to Smyths where they had loads this was at the Walsall West Mids 1. Smyths also had loads and loads of the Monster High dolls and also loads of Chatimals. Has anybody seen the Leapster Explorer in pink/purple or any of the games anywhere cheap when Ive looked they are all roughly £59.99 wanna get this soon as this is a Christmas present.

Have you checked TK Maxx? I'm sure I seen the leapster in there cheap. My DD is older so I didn't pay much attention except thinking that's a gd price

You lovely people have already helped me save a fortune on my Christmas shopping so far but my DD has now asked santa for a Lego Apple Tree House! The cheapest I can find is amazon at £34.95 but I would be very grateful if anyone has seen it anywhere cheaper?

No thats the best i have been able to find it for. I am keeping an eye out for this for the kids. So i will post if i find it on offer anywhere.

Thats interesting to hear.. sounds like they mess up regularly with collect in store wonder if its the same if you get home delivery? Im really disaponted as tht was a few things i thought i had crossed off the list! Ive got the amp ordered again so will c if I actually get it this time...willl get on the phone today about the other 2 OOS items!
