By entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The promotion is open to UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Kellogg's, its subsidiaries or agents, or any person professionally connected with this activity. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
3. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. The Promotion begins on 21/09/2010 and closes at midnight on 13/12/2010 (“Promotion Period”).
5. Customers must register on the site (https://www.famoussquares.co.uk) to participate in the promotion. To be entered into the daily and monthly prize draw the individual must answer the five questions.
6. The person with the most correct answers each day will win the daily prize. If multiple individuals have the most correct answers then they will enter a draw and the daily winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision.
7. Multiple entries are allowed per person, however only one daily or monthly prize per person will be permitted.
8. The daily prize will be a box of 30 Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Squares Totally Chocolately bars. There will be 83 daily prizes available.
9. There will be a monthly prize drawn at random under independent supervision from all that month’s daily prize entries (regardless of number of questions correctly answered). There are three monthly prizes in total. Prizes are:

i. 1x 3 night break to Moscow, Russia, bed and breakfast for 4 people staying in a minimum of 3 star accommodation. This includes return economy flights, but excludes airport transfers and spending money.
ii. 1x 3 night break to New York, USA, bed and breakfast for 4 people staying in a minimum of 3 star accommodation. This includes return economy flights, but excludes airport transfers and spending money.
iii. 1x 3 night break in Rome, Italy, bed and breakfast for 4 people staying in a minimum of 3 star accommodation. This includes return economy flights, but excludes airport transfers and spending money.

Holidays must be taken within 12 months of winning. There are holiday blackout dates where prizes cannot be taken. These include 10th December to 10th January, 1st February to 20th February, April 17th to April 30th 2011.

10. The Prize draw for the monthly prize will be drawn on the following dates:
- i. 13th October
- ii. 13th November
- iii. 14th December
11. The winner for each prize draw will be notified by email within 28 days of the day of winning.
12. If unable to contact the winner within 14 days after first notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to an alternative entrant from the relevant day/month.
13. No cash alternative is available, but holiday prizes can be exchanged for holiday vouchers to the same monetary value. The promoter will award the prize only to the winning account holder.
14. Entry into the prize draw can only be as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Any other use, or any attempt to do so, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
15. An individual must enter the promotion in person and using a valid email address. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, using "script” or any other automated or programmed means to enter the promotion that participant's entry will be closed, any prize award will be void and the participant will be refused further participation in the promotion.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
17. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or amend any of its details if circumstances make this unavoidable. All prizes are subject to availability. Should a prize become unavailable Kellogg’s reserve the right to replace the prize with something of an equal or similar value.
18. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and county of the winner in future promotions free of charge.
19. The winners' names and counties will appear on the website for a minimum period of three months from the closing date.
20. Please note that in processing data and rewards claims the Promoter may disclose customer information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates.
21. The Terms and Conditions are for the Kellogg's Rice Krispies Squares, Famous Squares promotion only.

Oops sorry Mr Notty but you can have another go to see if you can beat your previous time, you can enter as many times as you like but only one daily prize can be claimed. The questions are changing all the time so it's just pot luck which ones you get. Can't believe I'm fastest so far with my arthritic fingers!
