Hi Martin
My mortgage deal is due to end at the beginning of next year (Feb/March) and have been advised by my current bank that I should start looking for a new deal towards the end of this year. I do not necessarily want to stay with my current bank or current mortgage supplier. Can you advise me if I would be best to make appointments with several banks to discuss a mortgage deal best for me. I only have 8 years left of mortgage years and I currently have a fixed rate part repayment mortgage together with part endowment. The endowment part of my mortgage only has 5 years to go. I would appreciate any information you could give me.
Many thanks
