Problem with this idea, OP, is that plenty of stuff will get lost in the shuffle and people are more likely to click on a link for specific item as it's quicker.0

This thread wont be for specific items, just sales in general. There are certain stores I love and would really appreciate knowing when there is a sale on. That way I can browse through the sale items and find the things I really want. I'm sure there will be a few others like me who this may help, and for everyone else, stick to what you prefer. :j0 -
The idea is to seperate the sales from the offers, general reductions, glitches etc, and have this as an easy place to find out where the sales are at... simples!:D (hopefully)0

House of Fraser - Clearance sale (on now)

Personally i don't think people will prefer it this way. People just like seeing a thread and clicking on that and they get to click on the link on the first post. whereas this means people have to search page through page to see if there is any sales they were looking for.0

Some people may not prefer it, and others may give it the thumbs up. It's no different to a really long thread that constantly gets updates on current offers, such as the poundland and tesco discussions. You dont read through the whole discussion in order to find out whats the latest thing to be reported on. You simply look through the last couple of up to date pages and click in to any of the current offers you may be interested in (the same applies here). Like I said its not going to be everyones preferred way of doing it, but it works for me and hopefully it will work for a few others.

OP, why don't you keep updating the FIRST post with wherever there is a sale, so that people don't miss any of your posts.
You can then add/remove the sales as they come and go?0
