they dont seem to want to let you even enter if you select 'dont have a car'!!!, the extra nectar points would have been nice though

These type of things appear all the time and they send different offers to different people so not everyone gets the free points every time.

If you don't have a car, select that you do initially and then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can fill in when you plan to get a car and your email address, then go back up and change it to no car, that is what I did and it accepted it fine ;o)
