welcome finace ppi

had a bit of success with reclaiming ppi of welcome finance, well so i thought.
got my claim processed 2 weeks ago just had to sign and date a form, which i did and sent back the day i got it.
they said the money would be in my bank within 10 days, those 10 days are now up so i phoned them only to find out there has been an admin error and they have to send me the same forms out to sign again.
my main complaint is that no one was going to contact me or send out the new forms if i hadn't contacted them. has anyone had the same problems? i did complain about this but all they said was that they didn't have the man power to call customers regarding ppi claims.
