Upheld complaint regarding PPI

in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi all,

I received a letter this morning saying that one of my creditors has revised a decsion and upheld my complaint regarding PPI insurance on a loan.

I have to ring and let OR know about this don't I, as it is related to debt taken out b4 br?

    I though so.

    Well whilst it was a nice amount to see on paper, I've now read the letter through - past the bit where it says we're going to give you xxx amount. They are offsetting against the arrears on the loan, so all we're getting is £100.00 compensation for the rejection of the complaint.

    It was nice whilst it lasted...lol.:rotfl:
