I'm looking to buy a property for up to £120.000. Do you know if there are any LTV 95% mortgages on the market ???

    Already tried that but I wanted some info from people who got them recently or are about to get...

    I'm currently going through the clydesdale bank 95% mortgage. As per previous posts their service as been poor but I hope to have it processed shortly. High rate though at 7% fixed for 3 years but okay for me as loan amount is small.
