I Wanna Buy an Electric Blanket

I think I am going to cave and get an electric blanket. I had a single one years and years ago when I was a students and loved it.

I have a King Size bed and would like a fleecy type one that fits over the mattress as I have found with my old one that although it had ties, it did shift about.

I found this one in Argos I like the look of but it's EXPENSIVE.

Can anyone advice me?

Also is it safe with cats?
