    Not really, I don't keep all my eggs in one basket. I have no need to expand my portfolio further.

    but... you are right if we use the Numpty New House Index. they have been falling in all regions and are 135% bellow peak prices

    I don't think we've seen any key indicators yet to push us into big falls, but I do think we're just about "clinging on" to todays high prices. The real worry is what would happen considering how inextricably linked the economy is to the housing market, which is moreso than ever before.

    I don't even know what the arguments about....but how can a Site like this operate without moderation....
