they haven't been falling for months in all regions.
but... you are right if we use the Numpty New House Index. they have been falling in all regions and are 135% bellow peak prices0 -

I don't think we've seen any key indicators yet to push us into big falls, but I do think we're just about "clinging on" to todays high prices. The real worry is what would happen considering how inextricably linked the economy is to the housing market, which is moreso than ever before.0
