· A holiday for two people staying up to ten nights twin share in a one-bedroom suite at the Adina Sydney hotel in Sydney, Australia

· Two return business class tickets on Qantas Airways from London Heathrow to Sydney

· Transfers to and from the airports are not included.

· A one-hour flight for 2 people aboard John Travolta’s private jet (piloted by John Travolta) on Monday 8th November 2010 is included, participation in this flight is a condition of the prize and winners must attend. Transfers to and from the aerodrome are included.

· ITV Breakfast may interview winners before and after the flight on John Travolta’s jet, winners are required to participate in such interviews.

· Winners are responsible for payment of any additional items not included in the prize (e.g. meals, hotel laundry, mini bar, room service, telephone calls etc.).

· Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Winners are responsible for making sure they are adequately insured.

· The winner must book their holiday within 14 days of receiving confirmation from ITV Breakfast that they are the winner. Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice. All major prize travel on Qantas operated flights will be subject to the Qantas Conditions of Carriage.

· The holiday must be taken at a time to ensure that the winner is in Sydney on 8th November 2010.

· Winners and their travel companion will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation and cannot use Qantas Frequent Flyer points or cash to upgrade prize travel or accommodation.

· Qantas Airways Limited, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (“the Qantas Parties ”) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (“Damages”) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Qantas Parties.

· The exclusion of liability in the paragraph above does not apply to limit or exclude liability to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in that paragraph (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

I normally enter these competitions but you have to take part in a flight in a plane flown by John Travolta. It's a condition of getting the prize. I could never do that - I would go up to him and confront John Travolta about Scientology and how horrible and evil it is. Like John Sweeney off Panorama who turned into an exploding tomato (his words).

Mind you, what could they do if you got to Sydney and you just refused to get on the plane and said why? Would ITV just leave you there?
