can anyone tell me if you still have to keep all paperwork etc for 6 years once B R.after seeing the O R that is. it would be great to be able to burn the lot i have boxes and boxes of the stuff.

That's a Q I asked and still am not sure of the best answer.
I decided that as the OR is effectively taking over all your estate at br, then I just kept copies of my year-end info and tax submissions (1yr+ self employed) and took the rest as requested for the OR.
As far as I understand anything pre-br end with it & is responsibility of OR. They had loads of boxes in their office that would seem to be the entire records of some business.
Perhaps check out with business debtline unless anyone else has more info?

Just had my interview with the O R she said that i could drop off any old paperwork going back to the start of my business and they would box it up and store it,i asume untill they are done with it,how good is that i dont even have to look at the stuff any more0
