Well, I rescued the batch of tablet I had made - adding more sugar and butter and boiling it up again worked. Trouble is it is so sweet and sickly it will last for ages because I can't stomach more than one bit at a time. Some of it broke up into crumbs in the tin as I was dividing it into squares, so these crumbs are now in a jar waiting to be added to cakes/desserts. If DS keeps his grubby mitts out of course.

Good Evening All, Guess what handy's been doing today? I will give you a clue, It's green and Lady Hooray insists it gets cut a least once a week!:D

Its also time to cut the wild flower meadow and the bankings. Its so steep on some of them I need my climbing gear.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I keep suggesting that we get a couple of rare breed mountain goats to do the job, She thinks I am being serious and starts coming out with Oh couldn't possibly they would eat all the flower's.

Anyway back in a while.
