Anyhow Handy...I'm not meeting M @ the end of next month cos like we can't get a refund on the easyhotel only a credit note and after this week's stress I'm not spending 4 nights cooped up in a hotel room with her.....2 maybe - not 4...

Got paint (small magnolia crown tins) from charity shop yesterday for £2 a tin so was wondering what's the best and easiest way of self painting my lounge. Any good DIY tips/websites/cheap books fling my way....Handy am RELYING on you - unless Mrs Handy really does want a trip up north in which case you two can stay in the nice B+B up the road whilst you paint my lounge :rotfl: - though sorry can only bake, can't pay and you'll have to megabus it or cheap seats on virgin I' afraid...there's no way I can afford to fly you here...

Sorry no pics as yet from veggie garden last weekend....and now like there's a massive problem with disorganised admin cos both are 4th year and one is AWOL doing her dissertation - lovely...Apparently S has the key (no key last week - security let us in) cos the lock safe is broken or something? but yet it's easier to get hold of David Cameron than it is of S. I saw her bike outside Butchart yesterday only to go upstairs and see an exam in progress (that I naturally assumed she was taking).The CC project are trying to wash their hands of it (don't know why?) and like I'm now trying to get £12 out of someone for the RHS book I bought this week for them and the cans of gas for the stove

Lovely...my life is NEVER dull.....

And yes Nicca have booked bus ticket to Niccaland.....Sorry not been in touch. Am free friday 12th till about 2.30 or 3.30 (will have to double check) - leaving from Buchanan St bus station on the megabus I think home. Staying just past the Uni at the Eurohostel.....Hope that helps hun and you can jiggle your schedule to fit me in
