I tried both and they both came up short, thats why I came here.....what a waste of time that was.

Who did you try a DMP with and why didn't it work? If we know that then we might be able to suggest something else.

CCCS amongst others (usually my bank sloppy shoulder my phone calls to a new dmp company and i have no idea who I am dealing with). It didn't work because they could never agree that I was in financial hardship (which fair enough, I shouldn't be) and until I could tell them how much Working Tax Credit we received (which was none, but they never believed that) they couldn't help. I don't have time to waste with company's like this.

But surely if you go to them for help you need to have all the information they'll need? On your other thread you said you didn't know all your outgoings, so how can you expect anyone to be able to do anything without all the info? If you sit down and get all your outgoings and bills down on paper then you'll be in a much better position.
