Much goodness has come out of the last few weeks many new friendships have been made. People are united in wanted to keep MSE friendly and safe. Well done Andrea and the team and all the good people everywhere on this site.

There are many good people on MSE - the people who have been through it and offer advice, those that may not be able to offer financial advice but can and do offer support and show that others care, and new people al the time wanting advice on what to do. Often people come on the site in despair not knowing which way to turn, but they find wonderful advice and support on here, that shows them that there is a way out of their problems - a light at the end of that long long dark tunnel they find themselves trapped in. It offers them a safe haven from their troubles and they find friends too who will share their experiences with them and show them that they can still live a happy life whilst going through it all

So if you are a newbie or a lurker, don't be afraid - post and ask for advice and someone will be along to advise and support you

I'm sorry both but I cannot celebrate with you. As the outcome of all this has lead to the BR Troll thread being locked. I personally think this is a sad day here. And choosing to post where you have 'on a troll thread' is a touch insensitive.

No Sw that is not what has happend... what has happend is threads being closed that Long time memebers used to hang out in. And its sad.. really sad. Therefore I can understand why your comments are not appropriate to the Long time members of the board who posted there.

Thanks jen, but I was actually voicing my dismay that it seems to have moved over onto this thread now as well.

I've deleted my original post and will delete the second one now.

Logging off now. I've no wish to be involved in any discussions or arguments on this thread, I've seen too much of what's happened on the BR board and that was bad enough, I really don't want it starting on here as well.

Right, I have deleted the part of my post that I assume upset people but I can assure you, the post was made to ease fears of newbies and lurkers and urge them to post for advice, which is what I thought this thread was about. My apologies for upset caused but that was certainly not my intention
