Gorgeous! All of them! :D Must get updated photo of the mad pup from my folks! She managed to accidently hurt mum's arm by chasing after leaves in the park whilst still on the lead. And get her snout into her bag of food when mum was on the phone. Think she colluded with my wee nephew by getting him to steal a plum and hide behind the kitchen table to eat it, thus creating a suitably diversion. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

PS Geebee, have you been here? I was there for the weekend - fabulously calming place. Thought of you because of the quotes in your signature. :)

No, i havent been there Nicca. In all honesty, Scotland is a place that i have only "passed through" on my way to somewhere else, i've never actually spent any time there. I'm sure you had a lovely time, i used to always enjoy my time "away" but being alone with my son now, i'm not able to get away for any length of time, although nowadays he's usually away at weekends so who knows? and that would be easy and quick enough to get to. Maybe one day i'll see you there!. :)

    Afternoon everyone -

Connection problems in the office, meant I had to work as opposed to visiting MSE.

    All solved now though :)

Och don't you love it that they won't let you access facebook but accessing MSE seems perfectly okay at the office :j. Sorry you had connection problems Watalie... I have been up since 4am (it seemed a good idea at the time :D) so wondering if I'll have the energy to work. Need to check here, check emails, then check weather and then leave just before 9. My agenda for today is elsewhere....

I spoke to the ladies on Tuesday. One seems a little interesting, the other (whom I have to make the bed for and iron) doesn't miss a trick. Little scared of the unknown but otherwise excited. Have found my marigolds and handcream so we're half way there :T...just need to find my note pad etc..

Anyhow time will wait for no one so best get going and I've knitted 4" of sock in a week....just another 4" to go then I start the heel

Fred slipping so quick bump up. First client was lovely though had to go back @ 1 cos didn't get all her hoovering done due to the fact I ended up pulling her hoover apart (it hadn't been emptied for ages - I kid yet not)...second client = :( - said stuff how I wasn't cut out to be a cleaner and how I wasn't a PROPER cleaner etc etc so only paid me for an hour (rather than 2 hours) and the first client paid me £1 short...

But I really enjoyed the work though ache like mad now....

First client was so nice...she made it all bearable and I heard her telling her nurse how nice I was though she does like to wind me up...

    Thanks for everyone's good wishes....
