I agree with previous posters, read the troll message and don't be put off by trolls, they are the minority but the vast majority of posters on MSE are very supportive, helpful and friendly

Wow what storms we had yesterday afternoon and last night - I got soaked just popping out of the car to post letters!! Windy but dry at the moment so fingers crossed for when I go out later

Oh Hiya Phil - nice to see you over here and yes, right now is always the time for anopther message about trolls, which is what this thread is all about

Ames - I agree in some ways, it can appear to be like 'Scrooge' sometimes when people are saying £xxx is far too much to feed a family for a month, you can do it for £xx or even £x!!! Mind you, the tips are worthwhile and help to keep the wolves from the door. Hope you Mum is OK when you go over to see her and she is not too bad after her chemo - fingers crossed and prayers for her
