Anyone heard of these guys - VISION Britain Unlimited

Hi all. Supposed to have some sort of business meeting with these guys tommorrow:

http://wealthplusfreedom.com/index.html

Anyone ever heard of them???

I never did full get the gist of what they actually do. my fault as i should have probed harder.

As you can see, their website is spartan to say rhe least! They're based in Harrogate.

Dodgy or bone fide? Something is telling me the former as I have never heard of them before. More to the point, a company that cannot bother with anything more than a one page site to explain itself and what products and services it offers surely cannot be much cop??!!??

    Thanks for that Poppycat.
  • imatt,

    Follow your gut instinct.

If something looks dodgy to start with, then it usually is!

    Cheers,

    Sim :)

Perhaps imatt you should have done so more research before agreeing to attend a meeting or hinting they might be dodgy. Why did you agree to the meeting in the first place?

They appear to be some sort of business coaching outfit.

Are you in business ? Do you need coaching ?:D

I think I signed up to some business event a while ago. That's where they got my info from. They contacted me around a month ago. I agree I should have asked more questions as I usually do. I did not know thier web address untill they sent me a postcard a couple of days ago. Of course ucing Bing, Yahoo, Google is how most of us will research a company these days.

P.S. I am starting a business venture soI do take advantage of certain things on offer such as Business Link advice and free seminars.

I found them to be very professional and friendly.

They help business people think outside of the box. They offer free workshops such as "six steps to a better business", it even included free lunch! Very useful to network with the others there.

You will learn so much about yourself as well as powerful business strategies and tools that really work. Lets face it we business owners need all the help we can get at the moment:

Don't mean this to be rude but this reads like someone from their company wrote it and alarm bells are ringing because it was posted by a newbie!

I have been a subscriber to Martin's MSE since its inception, but never seen the need to post.

I did a Google search on Vision Britain Unlimited to look at their website and this thread came up right at the top! You can do the same - jhp - .

I did not dig up a thread a year old.

I was intrigued by all the inaccurate and negative comments.

I simply tried to redress the balance and share my very positive experience

Isn't that what forums are all about; our own personal experiences and not conjecture??

Really care to explain why you appear to be in the minority lots of people have reported that site as a poor reputation almost year on nothing has changed

As for isnt this what forums is about, some may be a little suspicious of why you post here and dig up an old thread
