We have had really good customer service with them so far.
We made an appointment and viewed stuff at their shop, we have also have to postpone our wedding for a few months which was no problem with them.

Maybe try them again? I know they respond through email very quick!

I did recomend these the other week ans was coming to do the same now.
I found these the cheapest i am in in bpool and everywhere else i emailed didnt get bk to me or was just down right rude ! these really were hekpful they sent me out sash colour samples and were always friendly/responded to me. I need to get to them though so i can 100% make sure i get the right colour coz i keep worrying ill turn up and it will be completly different!! xx

I'm just sharing my experience with this company, they have been really good to do business with, I got a really good deal, and had great customer service!
