hi i have to send a letter of complaint to hsbc about them still adding charges and interest ,i am on a dept management plan and they are charging more than i can pay them,i have to send it recorded does anyone know where i should send it?

Direct number for HSBC complaints is 0800881155. They are British based and I have always found them very helpful. Good luck.0
