Credit Card Debt shuffle - any suggestions?

So here's my situation.
I've run a up a bit of debt recently and i now want to get it all nailed down and under control.
I was thinking of getting it all on 1 life of balance credit card at a low rate (MBNA - I already have a barclaycard and halifax card which are the 2 best buys and not sure i can clear in 3 years).
I have £7k over draft - costing circa £100 in interest a month so at a high rate.
£4k on virgin card at 0% until May 2011.
£5k on Barclayavard at 0% until Nove 2011.
I was thining of shifting the overdraft to a life of balance card and then starting to repay about £350 a month. What i'm not sure is whether it's worth shifting the 0% debt as well? The card i was going to get is only low rate on the initial 60 days worth of transfers. I'd really like my debt in as few places as possible to help manage it.
Of course i could try and pay the 0% debt first but that seems mad when i'm paying interest, all be it fairly low rate, on the life of balance debt. However I would then have to shoft any reminaing 0% debt next year?
Any suggestions welcomed please?
