Family debts

Just a quick question.

A family member lent me 1500 a few yers back to pay off some council tax arrears ( and charges from a DC who "couldnt" find us), can i add this to a DMP?? Im not currently paying it back, but as im going to try set a DMP up to pay all my debts i was wondering if i could also add this.

Yes, my DMP (CCCS) allows for loans to family and/or friends to be paid back so do include it on your DMP.
