Not going to buy one yet unless my boots points can improve a bit but has anyone tried this. The one I have seen is like a pair of cycling pants with in built pads. You walk around with it under your clothes while it does its job. Has anyone tried it out and if so whats your opinion? Only just thought about this as a colleague just come back from a session at a beauty salon for somethign similar at £30 a session. I;m not lazy or fat just in case you thought this and I go to gym 3 times a week but I just hate my bottom!

Don't buy one, they are useless, nothing like that will shift flab.
They are just gimmicks. Do sit ups instead, but these things are worthless.

Thats strange, because mine works.
They do not shift flab, but they do tighten up the stomach muscles which gives you a trimmer figure. I can't do sit ups so this is my godsend. However, they work much better when you do a cardio work out as well so I use mine on my treadmill. My flabby menopausal tummy disappeared quickly when I first started using it and I was not exercising much then.0 -
Hi there
It will firm up tummy muscles but those toned muscles will only show if there is NO fat in the tummy area hiding them. Its usually fat that needs loosing not muscles toning. I ve just put my slendertone belt on eBay today and started the diet again !xxxdxxx
