  • OMG £45 they are only £10-£15 for them in TKmaxx, matalan also do them cheaper than that. Primark do fleecy sleepsuits in most ages 0-adult for between £3-8 cant believe you would pay that much for a sleep sack. My DD never keeps her blankets on she has fleecy suits or sleep sacks sometimes both depending on the weather

Like Holistic witch said. Seen them cheaper so many other places. Merino wool is meant to allow the skin the breath better than man made fabrics (obviously) but for £45 of your hard earned pounds i think alot would find alternatives. I did.
  • I must be a Scrooge! I tut over £12 in Tesco's LOL!
  • But merino is lovely (it is the only wool I can wear) and if someone wants to spend their own money on something like that it is their own business :)
  • WOW! pricey. Great if you can afford them, but for most of us they are way beyond our budget.
I was thinking of getting a few of these for my new granddaughter, but there's no way I could pay that. I will have a wee look at some of the alternatives suggested.

  • I appreciate this may not be for everyone but - if someone was looking for a merino sleeping bag - this is by far the best price I have seen for the toddler bags, and I have been looking for a while.

My little boy is almost out of his 0-2 yr merino bag which I bought from Merino Kids for about £40 two years ago. It has been the only bag he has needed, I haven't needed to buy different togs as it regulates your baby's temperature whether it is hot or cold - he has used the same bag in 30 degree heat in Spain and cold nights camping in England!! He always sleeps like a log in it and it still looks like new! They also have a good second hand resale value on ebay - between £20 and £30. So - all things considered I think its good value and have bought the toddler bag! If someone was looking for similar, I hope I have helped them as it is not often good deals come up on the toddler bags!

  • Thanks Sue1973 I might have a wee look on ebay, I love quality, I always try to buy the best I can. Its good too to get a recommendation from someone who has used something you are interested in buying. I have already bought a cot and a complete set of mama & papas bedding at great expense, the baby hasn't spent one night in it. It looks like it will stay down at mine and get used when she's here when my daughter returns to work. If I can get one on e bay it wont hurt so much if it doesn't get used. Then if it does i wont mind forking out for a new one. Thanks again for the information.
